2 Kings 4:32
"When Elisha reached the house, there was the boy lying dead on his couch. 33 He went in, shut the door on the two of them and prayed to the LORD. 34 Then he got on the bed and lay upon the boy, mouth to mouth, eyes to eyes, hands to hands. As he stretched himself out upon him, the boy's body grew warm." (NIV)
"I will make breath enter you, and you will come to life. 6 I will attach tendons to you and make flesh come upon you and cover you with skin; I will put breath in you, and you will come to life. Then you will know that I am the LORD."
To inhale (2 Kings 4) ministering hand to hand
Just as Elisha brought life to the boy in 2 Kings 4 by contact in three physical areas-hands, eyes and mouth-so the work of the O2 network spans three spiritual areas. First, the hands represent the practical help and resourcing that propels leaders into new levels. The eyes symbolize the circulation of vision and revelation, and the mouth depicts the resuscitation that comes from faith and encouragement.
As leaders breathe in the life flow provided by the network, they will begin to hear God's voice and make their own connections.
The process described in Ezekiel 37 relating to the valley of dry bones will be a result as first connections, then structure, and finally systems emerge among us both as a network and in our individual settings.
Through the O2 network, we are assembled into a heaven-orchestrated spiritual army to advance the Kingdom on earth.
The O2 network will partner with leaders and the people they represent in knocking on real-life doors of opportunity, seeking heaven's patterns and strategies, and asking for all divine potential to be released in and through the earth. All of this will be accomplished through a culture of authentic relationships-demonstrated by team collaboration and servanthood in a spirit of celebration, not competition.
As a network of relationships, we will inhale the pure oxygen of the Spirit and exhale life-giving power to reach our world.
